INTERACTIVE PUNCH GOALS AND LEADERBOARD

Each round your trainer will give you a minimum number of punches to throw and the FightCamp Punch Trackers will keep you honest by measuring every punch thrown. You’ll also be pushing yourself each round to climb the Output Leaderboards and beat your personal best.

FRESH WORKOUTS EVERY WEEK

New workouts released every week - Sweat through 15, 30 and 40-minute workout routines, ranging from beginner to advanced, you can always find a workout that’s right for you. Target specific areas with our ab workouts, chest workouts and butt workouts.

3 MINUTES OF INTENSITY - 1 MINUTE OF REST - REPEAT

Each workout follows a HIIT structure of 3 minutes of boxing + bodyweight exercises - 1 minute of rest - repeated for 4, 6, 8 or 10 rounds. This unique blend of cardio + strength training targets and tones all major muscles and it's a cardio exercise you’ll actually look forward to doing.
