The Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score is the interactive scoring system that assesses the performance of several organ systems in the body & assigns a score based on the data obtained in each category. After sofa score calculation process, it generates the risk of mortality for ICU patients. The higher the SOFA score, the higher the likely mortality.
