Birthday Card Maker: Templates

Turn one favorite photo and your own birthday words into matching greetings for sharing on screen and printing at home. MAKE IT PERSONAL Start with an editable example or a fresh card. Add one photo, then write your own heading, message and sign-off. The design adapts to your words—it does not rewrite them. FIND A LOOK THAT FITS Try different stationery designs with your actual photo and message before choosing one. Keep the design you already like if you cancel. Frame the important part of the photo for each shape, including individual adjustments for square, tall and print. SEE EVERY VERSION TOGETHER Compare the square and tall images with a flat 5 × 7-inch card for home printing. Choose A4 or US Letter paper and add trim marks if needed. See all three layouts side by side before you save. SHARE ON SCREEN OR GIVE ON PAPER Save two PNG images and a one-page printable PDF from the same greeting. If one file cannot be made, retry only that file. Share and Print use the system's own dialogs; physical printing depends on your printer. LOVE THE CLASSICS? Classic Frames is a separate option with 175 occasion templates, photo adjustments and movable text, alongside the new greeting workflow. Made for a personal greeting with one photo—not multi-photo collages, folded or double-sided cards, RSVP invitations or a cloud project library.
