W Café - THE APP FOR CASHIER - Stay on top of every order that comes through with W Café cashier app. - You can now work even more efficiently whilst making the customers' lives more convenient! - Download the W Café cashier app, sign up and enter the verification code provided by your manager. The easy user interface helps you manage your order better. RECEIVING ORDER - The app notifies you the next order coming your way. Customer can pre-order their drinks 5 minutes prior arrival at your location. - You can prepare the drinks before hand to ease the potential bottle neck situation as well as helping the customer save time! ACCEPTING/REJECTING ORDER - The page will automatically prompt to show new orders that has come through with the details of the customer and the the order. - You can accept the order and start drinks preparation or to reject the order by stating the reason of rejection. ***Note that no response from the cashier within 3 minutes will automatically be considered as a rejected order. DELIVERING ORDER - Customer may collect the drinks at the kiosk or you will need to deliver the drinks at the lobby if stated in the remark. - Once the drink is collected, customer will click on "I'm Here" and it will show that redemption has been successful. - Deliver the order and ensure redemption has been successful.
