The Trinity Oaks Mortgage mobile app gives borrowers, real estate agents, sales agents, and loan officers the ability to submit a loan application, track the progress of the loan, receive real time updates as the loan moves through processing, and submit required documents via their mobile device. Users can verify loan information and status, receive push notification reminders for important dates (appraisal, closing date, rate lock, etc.) and remain engaged from origination to closing day. Other useful tools within the app include mortgage calculators, a glossary of mortgage terms and helpful videos to answer frequently asked questions that surface during the home financing process.
