Allows mobile emergency medical responders and emergency room and hospital personnel to quickly search for a patient’s existing advance care planning documents, including DNR, MOLST, POLST, advance directives, organ donor information, living wills, health care proxies and emergency contact information. Note: User or organization must have an account with USACPR to login to the app.
