Description
This application is used to determine whether or not a person visiting recreation areas in Crystal Lake Illinois is a resident of Crystal Lake.
It does this by reading the visitor's address from the barcode on the back of their Illinois drivers license, and using this information to determine whether or not they live in Crystal Lake.
