Delivery Connect Mobile provides your business, driver and customers with the latest delivery technology. The driver uses our electronic manifest to assist in the delivery and pickup process by providing driving directions, customer notes, stop notes and verification of orders delivered. With direct integration with SPOT Notification Center, your driver may communicate with the customer via SMS, Email or by Phone. Delivery Connect Mobile also provides integration with SPOT messaging and customer search functionality. Delivery Connect Mobile has the option to initiate SMS, Email or Push Notification with delivery, non-delivery and pickup events. “On demand” and “On the Fly” customer pickup requests are instantly integrated and processed with real-time updates and optimization. The application uses location services in both foreground and background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
