The Creatinine Clearance Calculator allows quick and simple estimation of the renal function of patients using the Cockcroft-Gault equation, this application is aimed exclusively at health professionals.
• The equation was published in 1976 and has been routinely used in the adjustment
of drug doses.
• It was developed to assess creatinine clearance from a population
of 236 adult individuals, with an average creatinine clearance value of
72.7 mL / min
• To obtain the equation a regression analysis was used in which
the serum creatinine concentration, age and
weight.
The user is responsible for the use of the app once installed on their device.
