Description
The Cotton Gin Air Calculator calculates air velocity and volume using either an average or one center line pitot tube velocity pressure reading in an air duct. Measured units are inches water column for velocity pressure and the diameter in inches for a round air duct. The calculator is useful for many industrial applications, in addition to cotton gins, where standard air conditions of 70° F and 29.92 inches Hg can be assumed.
