Picture-in-Picture is one of the most amazing features of iOS 9+ on iPad. PiP displays a small video widow that stays on top of the screen and is open at all times. If you switch apps, the video window doesn’t get buried under everything else on your screen.

PiP Enabler makes it easy to play video in Picture-in-Picture. All you need to do is tapping the PiP Enabler icon when you're watching an  HTML5 video!
