Changing behavior is hard. Luckily, behavioral science can help! 2Morrow addresses behavior modification in a whole new way. Using an innovative behavioral model called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), participants learn cutting-edge strategies that are effective when dealing with unhelpful thoughts, feelings and urges that get in the way of long term success.
The personalized experience is private and non-judgmental with daily lessons, messaging, and customized tips. Participants can also message a live coach for extra support. A Certificate of Completion is provided when the core program is finished, however participants continue to be supported with tips, tools and coaching for up to 12 months.
