Lively Health and Safety Service Descriptions: Urgent Response: When you press the Urgent Response button on your Apple Watch or Lively Wearable, you will speak to a highly-trained Urgent Response Agent. Agents can send you any kind of help you need, whether you are locked out of your house or need medical attention. Fall Detection available*: Fall Detection is available on Lively Wearable with the Ultimate Health & Safety Package. When Lively Wearable is worn around your neck on the specially designed Fall Detection Lanyard it can sense the sudden movement of a fall. Fall Detection may not always accurately detect a fall. You should always push their button when they need help, if possible. If you are unable to press the button, the Lively Wearable will automatically call an Urgent Response Agent through your iPhone. GreatCall Link: The Link app keeps your loved ones updated on your health and safety. They just download the free app, and if you contact Urgent Response for help, they will receive an alert on their smartphone. Urgent Care: Speak to a registered nurse of board-certified doctor from the comfort of your own home. Medical advice is available to you anytime, anywhere, without an appointment. You can even get prescriptions and refills to common medications over the phone. Step Tracker & Health Tips: The Lively Wearable records daily step counts to promote an active lifestyle and automatically sends the information to the Lively app on your iPhone.
