Description
This application is used to review central lines for a patient for registered participants of a survey.
How it works:
1. The user will sign in to the application.
2. They will then click enter assessment.
3. Here they will fill in some basic questions and if available take a picture to submit the test.
Additional items:
1. They can view past assessments.
2. They can read messages that were sent via the app to them or from them.
