This is a simple loan calculator that gives you a good forecast of what to expect in regards to loan repayment.
It allows you to view the impact of adding extra payments for a better payment plan/schedule.
Support 3 Payment methods:
- Equal Payment : Pay an equal payment in every payment.
- Equal Principal : Pay an equal amount of principal every payment. Each payment's interest is calculated based on current balance. Payment is the sum of principal and interest.
- Interest Only: Pay interest in every payment and pay the loan in the last payment of loan schedule.
