Teleon is a HIPAA-compliant texting and telehealth application that helps healthcare providers communicate with staff, patients and their families in simple and efficient ways. Teleon also supports providers in delivering remote video or audio sessions and ensuring patients receive timely access to care. HIPAA-Compliant Messaging: - Secure, direct messaging and conversation threads - Simple group texting for efficient coordination across departments and patient care teams; handling of staff call-offs, patient admissions, and other workflows - Image and document viewing and sharing (photos, PDFs, lab tests, etc.) - In-app camera for taking and sending encrypted photos - Flexible message search using dates, topics, patient names, or other criteria - Simple adding/removal of users from conversation threads as teams change Real-time Video & Audio Calls for Telehealth: - Secure HD video calls - In-app audio calls - Available on mobile and web Staff and External Partner Directories: - Organization/staff directory with click-to-call and click-to-message features - Separate directory for external partners - Simple invitation of staff and partners Patient and Family Engagement: - Simple and secure texting with patients and their families - Digital sharing of photos, medical files, and care plans - Access to patient/family list and profiles - Roles and permissions to support provider’s policies and workflows Notifications and Alerts: - Message delivery and read receipts - Real-time alerts via push, email or SMS - Sound options for notifications - Message priority tags (urgent, referral, etc.) Access and Security: - Touch ID, Face ID and PIN for simple and fast access - Available on mobile, web, and desktop devices - End-to-end data encryption and HIPAA compliance -- FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES -- If you’ve been invited by your healthcare provider to join Teleon, please download our app, click the “Log In” button, and enter the account access information you received from Teleon via email.
