Description
Perform visual attention and task switching tests by touching numbers and alternating between numbers and letters. Track completion time and errors for both parts of the test. Share results and compare performance over time.
The Trail Making Exam(TMT) is a neuropsychological test of visual attention and task switching.
Part A: Touch the numbers 1 – 25 in ascending order as quickly as possible.
Part B: Touch the numbers (1 – 13) and letters (A – L) in an ascending order, but with the added task of alternating between the numbers and letters (i.e., 1-A-2-B-3-C..)
Results for both TMT Part A and Part B are reported as the number of seconds required to complete the task and number of mistakes; therefore, higher scores reveal greater impairment.
A rough standard:
Part A: Most in 90 seconds
Part B: Most in 3 minutes
