Jetting for IAME KZ Kart

Works out the jetting for IAME kart engines with the DellOrto VHSH 30 and VHSB 36 RD carburettors, from real temperature, humidity, air pressure and altitude. ENGINES Screamer, Screamer 2, Screamer 3, Screamer 4 (CIK-FIA 2023 homologation), X30 Shifter and 175 cc Super Shifter, both stock and tuned. For KZ1, KZ2 and ICC karts. RESULTS Four recommended setups for the conditions and engine you have set. Each one gives the main jet, the emulsion tube, the needle and clip position, the idle diffuser and the idle jet, plus air density, density altitude and relative horsepower. Two ±10 % fine-tuning sliders, high and mid, to suit your engine and how it is built. CONDITIONS Weather data from two places: the nearest public station, with its distance and how long ago the reading was taken, or typed in. It works the same with no coverage. ENGINE Engine type, floats and their height, oil ratio and track type. Pick the track from the list and the type is derived from the track length, with the altitude filled in for you. MIX CALCULATOR How much oil to add to the fuel you are about to mix, and the other way round: how much fuel the oil you have left will take. In litres, millilitres, US and UK gallons and ounces, with the ratio as a percentage and as 1:n at the same time. What you work out goes into Engine with one button, and into the jetting calculation. LOGBOOK Save every run with its conditions and jetting, then note what you actually fitted and how it went: lean, good or rich, separately for low, mid and high. Laps, best lap and maximum RPM too. Everything stays on your device. The logbook exports to CSV with the difference between what you fitted and what was recommended, run by run. TRACKS 112 tracks with their altitude, taken from the track itself rather than the town, which are usually different. Search by the track name or by the town. SHARING Jetting can be shared as an image card, with the track and the date. The logbook exports to CSV, saves as a backup, and can be imported from another phone.
