Loop Pulse

With Loop Pulse™, restaurant guests can use their mobile devices or the in-store Loop® Kiosk to rate the quality of their experience. The ratings are displayed in real-time on a Loop® Scoreboard to motivate front-line team members and help businesses identify their operational strengths and weaknesses. The Loop Pulse™ iOS application connects iOS devices to a Loop® server, enabling the display of Loop® Kiosks or Loop® Scoreboards. It also allows customers to submit comments, questions, and concerns via the Loop® Kiosk. The Loop® Scoreboard is displayed in high-resolution on an external screen or iOS device display. The Loop® Kiosk interface is optimized for the iPad.
